Guest guest
I just wrote and it disappeared - so you might get two similar postings! Stupid Yahoo. Cherie... the band is working for me - I am not working for the band. Its a head problem... not a band problem. I just had some soup and crackers... no probs. My problem is a food addiction... nothing more, nothing less. Its a simple thing - I want to eat more... I want to eat larger quantities - I cheat by having chocolate and wine. I cheat because I am depressed about not being able to eat chocolate eclairs. I am depressed because I cannot eat three plates of chinese... I just want more and more all the time. Its an addiction that I am struggling with. Pre banding I would spend my days thinking about what I would eat next - what I would buy when I went out for milk. I used to ring Craig every evening and ask him to bring home something - either Mcs, Pizza, chocolate - there was always something he had to stop for... and always food related. I couldn't stop for petrol without having a Mars bar, a packet of chips or twisties and a coke... at least once a day - even if I didn't need petrol I would find a reason to buy it. This is a head problem, not a band problem. My band is just fine - its doing its job. I am just trying to eat too much too quickly because I am a pig.
