As amended, it does not provide PA's families with sufficient protections or coverage. We are still hoping the damage done by White's amendments can be repaired before it leaves the Senate. Notwithstanding the unambiguous findings in support of this legislation by an Independent Review Panel appointed at White's request, the bill has been significantly weakened by the insurers and the business lobby.
