O.K. People now is the time to show your support for licensing

behavior analysts. Do you want a license for behavior analysts or not

(see below). If so, then you need to contact your representave- Just

go to:

http://capwiz.com/a-champ/issues/alert/?alertid=11564801 & queueid=

[capwiz:queue_id]

Go to the bottom of the page and enter your information and an email

will AUTOMATICALLY BE SENT TO ! YOUR STATE REPRESENTATIVE.

Urge them to vote YES on suspending the rules so the AMENDMENTS that

WILL SAVE HB 1150 can be OFFERED AND ACCEPTED on the HOUSE FLOOR.

P.S. Please pass to those who are like minded.

Joe, here's the good news - we have included in our latest draft has

licensing provisions for behavior specialists/behavior analysts, and

the Senate accepted it. The bad news is that their version doesn't

adequately address the definitions of covered care. That is what

Denny's amendment will fix. Here's how you can help get this done:

get your folks calling House and Senate members telling them that

they support Denny and want this bill with Denny's amendment to shore

up the definitions of covered care.

You've and your folks done a great job educating me and others on the

licensed BA issue and I've taken all that info with me to the table

when drafting the new licensing provisions. Any help you can offer

is very much appreciated, and will make a huge difference in getting

this bill done.
