Hi Gang,

I'm just back from a wild ride filming the reality TV show " Wife

Swap " . Yes, I was the swapped wife. and yes, it was a really wild

ride. I'm sworn to secrecy, but l will be able to share more after it

airs - probably in January.

In the mean time, the Podcast Awards are now open for voting and it

would be WAY COOL for IOWL to win in the Health and Fitness Category.
