Individual must have 4+ years of applied experience working with special needs individuals with behavioral challenges. Specific Duties include: conducting functional behavior assessments, curriculum assessments, instructional design/implementation, developing and implementing Positive Behavioral Support Plans, staff training/coaching, facilitating treatment teams, program monitoring, etc. The Behavior Analyst is responsible for supervising a team of Clinical Associates and consulting in schools and homes. Wages are competitive and are based on education and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package (for full-time staff) which may include performance based pay, quarterly bonus, full medical benefits, tuition reimbursement, continuing education allowance, and excellent opportunities for advancement. Subcontractors are also entitled to performance based pay and quarterly bonus'. The Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) position compensation starts at $110,000 annually, and is commensurate with experience.
