The purpose of the NJAATF is to develop a comprehensive and actionable plan for meeting the various needs of adults with autism living in the State of New Jersey. This survey will provide valuable insight in forming the recommendations included in this plan. If you reside in New Jersey and are 1) an individual with autism over 12 years of age, or 2) a parent or guardian of an individual with autism over 12 years, please consider taking a few minutes to answer the following. If you are a parent or guardian, please answer all questions with respect to the individual on the Autism Spectrum. For example, the address should be that of the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) individual. The average time for this survey is 10 minutes.
