Now I've really got to get my butt in gear and do some serious

practicing I'm thinking I probably won't try to teach until at

least mid-October or so. That will give me a good month to practice

and I'll get to take some of the intro classes out in LA to get some

ideas Plus, I've got to go around and see if any gyms are willing

to pay the licensing fee, etc. So, that will take a little time!

I went to a training camp in Houston that was 2 days of training with

. It was pretty intense and they test you on a lot of different

levels. I think 1/3 of it is your overall attitude and performance

throughout the training camp. They videotaped the whole thing, so I

think they go back and watch over the tapes to see how you performed

throughout the whole training and also how you interact with others

and how you encourage others, etc. 1/3 of it is how you did on the

written test, which is just general questions about tae-bo and the

different moves, etc. And 1/3 of it is how you do on the practical

exam which is demonstrating the moves to . You also have to

teach class for 10 minutes, so part of it is being able to get up in

front of a class and count music and teach, etc. I left a message

about my experience when I got back from the training camp. I think

it's message number 25984. If you go to the website

that number in the box to search, you can read what I wrote. Let me

I think there are two albums...one is of my daughter Skylar and the

others are my before/during pictures. I think there's an album

called " tae-bo " , too....but I haven't added any pictures to that one

yet!

Did you click on the picture to see the other photos? That one of me

in the red bikini (it's not really a red bikini, it's actually my

underwear, but my fiancee made it a red bikini so I could put the

pics on the web...lol) was taken right after I gave birth to my

daughter Skylar in January 1999 and then there are two other pictures

that were taken one year later in January of this year and then two

other pictures that were taken in July of this year. They really

show how much my body has changed

I did look at all the pictures and I am so impressed. I can tell you worked

really hard. You look great!!!

Hmmmm....., did you see that?? Now THAT is a bargain!! Did I

mention that there are cheap deals to Nashville from Minneapolis

extremely supportive, caring, giving, and goal-oriented person, and
