Guest guest
Hello, If you all recall I was begging pitifully for the old Adv. Live Vol. 2 and 3. I went to ebay and somebody was selling Adv. Live 1-6 as a package deal. She said they were copyrighted 1999. I know my NEW Adv. Live 2 and 3 are copyright 2000. So would I be getting the OLD versions if I buy the set? I'd also be getting a second copy of the OLD Vol. 1 but it's still a deal. Either that, or I'll get duplicate copies of my NEW Vol. 2 and 3. Anyone know when the NEW Vol. 2 and 3 were released? This year? --ac
Guest guest
> Hey, I made a mistake--my new AL2 is 1999! Now I'm worried that if I buy these six tapes off e-bay I will just be getting the same AL2 and AL3. My AL3 is dated 2000, but, the seller says her tapes 1-3 are dated 1999...will I be getting the same copy of AL2 but maybe the OLD version of AL3?? I'm beginning to sound like a chess game! If folks can confirm that their new AL2 and 3 were definitely THIS year, I may go ahead with the bid, but it expires tonight... > Help, Acey, First of all welcome to the group! I don't think I've welcomed you yet You'll love it here! When I ordered my new 3 pack of Advanced tapes they all came in boxes that had copyright 2000, but I don't think you can tell by the box, what tape you are going to get! Is there anyway to e-mail the person selling the tapes and ask them when they purchased AL1, 2 and 3? If it was recently, then most likely they are the new tapes, but if it was awhile ago, then they are the old versions! Also, I don't know if the seller is willing to go to this trouble, but the newer tapes have tae-bo gear ads at the beginning and after that ad, they only say " Advanced Live " whereas the older versions specifically say " Advanced Live Volume 1 " or " Advanced Live Volume 2 " ! Maybe you could ask the seller some questions to try to figure out which tapes they have? Don't know if you can contact them or not! It is a little confusing! It's kind of up in the air as to what tapes you might get....LOL! Most people aren't aware that there are new vs. old tapes so they think you're crazy....LOL! Good luck
