Thanks ! I have several tapes...Kathy 's Yoga, The Firm Total

Body, Simmon's Sweatin to the Oldies (he's so funny), Voights

Strong & Smooth Moves (great workout), and of course a couple of 's. I

have other tapes but dont like them because either the instructor sucks are

the music does...lol. I used to love the tapes that used the step...Cher had

a good one...but I wasn't seeing any results, and I was working at the

advanced level! Taebo, walking, and free weights seem to work best for me.

hey...I started off with TB and as some of you have noticed am mini-obsessed

with them, but do love getting other kickboxing tapes as well. Kathy 's

Kickboxing Workout is actually pretty good, I like her! I've got a variety of

tapes and some of the instructors (or sidekicks of theirs) indeed suck. The

music OFTEN sucks but when I'm working out all I really need is a good beat.

Sometimes kickboxing with aerobics choreography (like Janis Saffell's) is a

nice diversion, but it always makes doing a tae-bo tape again feel like

coming home (not to sound corny).
