Hungry all the time

I don't remember who mentioned that they are hungry all the time, but

I have just been reading the latest FIRST magazine and there is an

article on using Whey protein shakes and soy products. On the cover

it says " 421 Lbs Thinner " The woman in the article was 570 lbs and

now weighs 150 lbs. It is a program from Tabor, M.D. and his

book The Revival Slim & Beautiful Diet. Just thought I'd give a

heads' up to anyone who is interested. It also lists some recipes for

whey protein shakes.
