Guest guest Posted January 8, 2008 Report Share Posted January 8, 2008 I don't remember who mentioned that they are hungry all the time, but I have just been reading the latest FIRST magazine and there is an article on using Whey protein shakes and soy products. On the cover it says " 421 Lbs Thinner " The woman in the article was 570 lbs and now weighs 150 lbs. It is a program from Tabor, M.D. and his book The Revival Slim & Beautiful Diet.
