appetite adjuster question...

Hey guys! I'm a IOWL listener from Seattle. Just re-listened to the

007 podcast... mentioned the " appetite adjuster " and said she'd

put up a link to it on her blog... I searched the blog. Didn't find

it. I'm wondering if anyone had any access to this...?

Hello from a fellow Seattleite! I wonder how many of us are out here? The

weather has been a bit dreary but I intend to get out there are move my body,

even if it is raking bags and bags of leaves.....
