Thought I'd share that, since it's gotten warmer, I have taken to

dropping a few seedless grapes in the freezer. Also, I often have

protein fruit smoothies for breakfast, using half a banana, so I've

been dropping the other half into a snack sized zip lock bag and

putting that into the freezer. It is so nice when I just need a

little something sweet to take 2 or 3 frozen grapes, or half banana.

They are so refreshing, and so much better for me than an ice cream

treat. These little things seem to help me a lot. Anyone else doing

something small that is making your eating more pleasurable?
