I have a little bit to add to the topic of Stones. Before checking yourself

into the local ER for them, it's a good idea if you go to your local grocery

store and visit the produce section. While you are there, locate the whole

uncooked fresh cranberries. If you have a juicer, or a food processor, you

can run the berries through the juicer leaving the pulp, and getting the

juice only out of it. For some reason the berries have a certain acidity in

them that will dissolve the stones, and clear your urinary tract free of any

deposits. The reason I know so much about this is that my brother experienced

that first hand. He was going to go to the hospital and have them cut out,

but a friend suggested the alternative method, rather than have them cut on

him. It worked fine, and without pain. So if you are in the position as

Sarge was, remember this, and you might do it as preventative maintenance to

keep it from happening in the future. Food for thought.

Hey it's better than being stuck with needles, and doped up so bad you don't

know where you are. Lol... I've been on Morphine, and Demerol (sp) and they

knock you out like a drunk on dollar drink night. I was in a car wreck, and

had broken several things, including my sisters car, the other drivers car,

and the other driver. It hurt in many ways, but I do believe if you can keep

yourself from going under the knife, more power to ya. Do not be fooled by

so called " Real Cranberry juice " they are mostly other juices, and water,

and aren't as effective as the real thing that you juice yourself. It is

very strong too, so you may be puckering up like guppy, but it's the price

you pay to get them things out of your body. Anyway.. I hope this will

benefit someone in the future. I believe if you lead a proactive lifestyle,

you will live a more happy and fulfilling life. By using ideas like this,

you can follow that kind of lifestyle. If you want more tips on how to rate

your health, and get more neato tips like this, go to RealAge.com. Very good

site.

To your Health,
