developing and managing behavior programs!

Position:

* Behavior Specialist

* BCBAs

*Note this position can fulfill your BCBA supervision requirement.

Qualifications/Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in human service field

* 1500 hours experience assisting with behavior programming SUPERVISED

BY A BCBA OR Licensed Clincial Psychologist

* OR BCBA

* OR Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Location:

Chicago metropolitan area. must have care available

Population:

* community integrated living arrangement (CILA) for adults with

developmental disabilities. Some children with autism, who may or may not need

Verbal behavior programming. Providers without VB programming experience will

not be given cases that involve vb programming unless they are supervised.

Duties:

* Duties include but are not limited to:

* Functional assessment and intervention.

-Behavior reduction services

- Data collection

- Staff training

- Program development

- Monitoring to reduce and manage problematic behaviors

Some skills acquisition VB/ ABA for children cases available.

Hours/Supervision:

* Flexible – Easy to schedule around your classes! You may apply to do

part time hours or full time hours. You can let me know how many hours you

would like.

* Opportunity to work some hours from home (e.g., writing behavior

programs)

* BCBA supervision available

Pay:

* $20 to $45 per hour.
