Questionnaire about school placements

Hi all,

Those of you who are familiar with school districts, please take a little time

to complete the attached questionnaire.? It should take less than 10 minutes.

I'm interested in the levels of problem behaviors that are tolerable for

placements of varying restrictiveness.? Also, what supports are typically

present, and what learner behaviors are typically demonstrated?

One responder pointed out potential confusion with some wording....I ask what

behaviors are " acceptable " in each setting.? This means that the behaviors are

likely being addressed, but the learner is allowed to remain in that setting

while the behavior is addressed. It does not mean that no one is worried about

addressing the behavior.
