Guest guest
le *HUG* I've just had a thought - when I was injured a couple of years ago (back, neck and shoulders) the only thing the physio would let me do was Jazzercise, because it's dance oriented it can be TOTALLY modified to low impact, but you still keep moving and because there's a lot of up-to-date dance tracks it's fun too. It also allowed me to experiment as I recovered and learn how to jump and skip and jog again. Have a look around your area to see if there's something more 'dance fitness' that you could try out.. Jill who had 2 great Jazzercise classes this week too... [snip] > Thanks Ann Marie and Janick. So far the water aerobics and biking > aren't hurting it all so at least I can do some things.
