Guest guest
Colic does not sound good - strange that it occurs after you have been having the lentils regularly for so long, but maybe the body thinks you are in OD mode. I had a major eat-a-thon this weekend and have been having trouble at night with the head hunger which I am sure directly relates to the fact that I have told myself no eating 2 hrs before bed - put a ban on something and I want it more than ever!! Well I have been really good after my bad night last Wed, until last night that is, when I resisted and had 2 little chunks of brie quite soon before I hit the hay. I didn't suffer over many hours like is usual, but did wake up once in the early hours with a bad reaction, so will be thinking twice now before I try that again. I am also starting to get used to sleeping propped up on my boomerang pillow. we just have to keep paying the price don't we to make this work the best we can even if it sends me a little balmy in the meantime. thank goodness for this site and those of you that understand.
