Congrats on the changes you are making. You should feel very proud

of yourself. When they sink in after a few weeks then you can just

keep adjusting things until you feel the band is working for you the

way you want. I weighted in this morning and still the same as last

week since the fill, but after what I ate on Sat and Sun, that is no

surprise so maybe this week will be a little better. I had way too

much idle time on the weekend which kept me hovering around the

fridge. I know I'm at near perfect restriction at the moment because

if I break the rules while this tight, I really suffer and this is

exactly what I expect from this band. It is the only way to keep me

in line. I hope in a few weeks I will be totally in the habit of no

food 2 hrs prior to bed and it will just be second nature, but right

now it's a struggle. One day at a time.....
