New & Loving it!

Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to say hello. I found 's podcast on Tuesday of

this past week & can't seem to stop listening. I am soooo excited

about it. My DH & I have been on a getting healthy journey beginning

in mid-January for me & Beg of Feb for both of us together. We have

invested in the bodybuggs to help teach us our calorie burn vs intake

& deficit. It has been a very helpful tool. We weigh our food &

make good choices, for the most part. My DH has lost over 30 lbs so

far & I have lost ... OMG just weighed myself & hit the 20lb mark

today!!! How exciting is that!?! Anyway, it is not necessarily about

the number it is more about the look I am going after, but the scale

is a tool for me as well.

I am so excited that my DH & I are finally, after 20+ years, doing

this together. We are on the same plan, we work out & walk

together. It has been a fabulous journey & we have grown even closer

which I didn't know was possible.

Now that I have found I can't tell you what a change it has

made in my life the past week. I am SAHM of 3, 12B, 2 1/2 G & 9 mo

G. It's been such a wonderful thing to be able to stay home & be a

Mom & Wife fulltime. It's not always easy & I was getting very tired

& exhausted... until I started listening to . I love the

comment she made about when CFS hit her as she was nursing her child,

I have the same problem with my DH nursing all night long. I try to

nap with her when I can or take advantage of sleeping in so that

helps. But something shifted inside me as I listened podcast after

podcast. I didn't realize at the time I was listening to #19, but I

was so excited I downloaded ALL of them & began again. I am now on

#13 & eager to listen again. It all makes perfect sense & has hit me

way deep inside. I am so excited to be a part of this.

I just wanted to say hello & thank you all, especially for this

opportunity & tools. It has changed my life & I am excited about the

rest of my journey & adventure.
