Guest guest Posted July 25, 2000 Report Share Posted July 25, 2000 Ok, I have decided to can running for a few days. Shin splints were really bad this morning and I didn't even run yet! So I decided to pop in BL5 to strengthen my legs a bit. I made it through the whole workout and when it was over, my shin splints were gone. I checked a website on them and they said that you have to strengthen your calves to get rid of them so I'll be doing taebo to do that! I'm really upset though now that I can't run for a few days (its just not worth that kind of pain) since it means I most likely won't be able to do the 5k on the 20th. I just won't have trained hard enough to run the hills on the course without being in serious pain. But I'm not giving up. I'm going to try running again on Friday. So I'm going to taebo my heart out. I ordered AL1 about 3 weeks ago...I hope it comes soon because I need a longer workout!
