Guest guest
IMO the bullworker isnt going to build " thick and great" legs. I believe Squats are the best answer. Google or go to YOU TUBE to find a description of " Hindu Squats " You use only your body weight , is a great exercise and will build some thick muscular legs. Its a great addition to your bullworker workouts. Start slow and gradually build up reps. Guest guest
Backward lunges and walking lunges rock for thigh development! Make sure you're driving off the heel and your shin is perpendicular to the ground (i.e. don't let knees go past the toes) - that'll protect your knees. Lunges are also great for stretching the hip flexors when performed properly.
