Wanted: Live in Nanny Who Wishes to Gain ABA Experience

Hi all,

I have had four au pairs live with me over the last four years who were from

Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. Even though none of these young

ladies had any autism background or experience, they have all been wonderful.

I am now looking for our fifth au pair or Nanny to come to Pennsylvania in

January 2009 and live with me, my husband, and my two sons (12 year-old with

moderate autism and a 10 year-old who is typically developing).

Since I am a BCBA with VB expertise, I thought I would post to these lists

to see if there is anyone out there (international or domestic) who might be

interested in serving in the role of a nanny while gaining valuable ABA

experience. I could also provide BCBA supervision to someone who has started

or

finished ABA coursework.

Excellent English, driving experience, swimming ability, and a minimum of

one year commitment is required. Autism/ABA experience helpful but not

necessary.
