Guest guest
I didn’t have that, but almost the opposite. I have vitiligo, an autoimmune disease that has destroyed much of the pigment in my skin. I still have some dark patches though. The longer I was on tx, the paler my pigmented skin became until you could hardly tell the difference between the pigmented & non. It was really strange. Maybe you’re having something similar to that, where you’re getting paler so your scars are just looking more pronounced. Most people didn’t comment on it (well some did later after I started looking better) but my allergist and I used to discuss things like that in a most academic way. We also talked about how the interferon affected my asthma too. I didn’t have any asthma attacks on tx although I did have considerable shortness of breath at times. Re: CHAT NITE Dannella, Thanks I hope I can figure this out. I also have a question, while on tx has anyone experienced pronounced scar tissue? Old scars just jump out at you now?
