I also agree with swhoutx025. I had PCP myse;f before and I nearly died from it. Take it from me... don't mess around. I felt faint an left it for a week or two and then I nearly died. I had a hole in my right lung, it fully collapsed and my left lung was on the way out also.

Don't put it off for anything... just go. Even if they clear you, nothing lost.Good luckDFOn 8/4/06, swhoutx025 <

Hi Casey, sorry to hear about your problem, but the SOB you are

describing sounds exactly like pneumonia. They were the exact same

symptoms I had when I got pneumonia. How do you know your lungs are

clear? My suggestion would be to see another doctor and perhaps even a

visit the emergency room. Oportunisitc infections supposedly don't

really start until your CD4 drop below 200, but that isn't always the

case. Better safe than sorry. -Mike

Hi Marguerite - I downloaded them & burned them to a cd (as a backup)

then uploaded the three sessions to itunes from the CD.  That works great and

you have a backup of what you purchased ini case your computer (or your ipod!)

crashes.

help!

Hi guys, I just purchased 's mp3 sessions but I cannot figure

out how to download them so that I can put them on my ipod or save

them into my i-tunes library... all I seem to be able to do is play

them from the quicktime player on the mind for body website. This

seems strange, it would be nice to take them with me sometimes I like

to go sit down at the river and listen to the podcasts and had thought

I would be able to do the same with these. Did anyone else have this

problem? Thanks, Marguerite

(PS I ordered the intuitive eating book and look forward to its

arrival!)

Thanks! I had to step away from the computer for a bit after a frustrating

attempt at actually downloading them, but after that, was able to actually

download them (I had to right click to save to my computer) so now I have them

saved and backed up! Thanks again, Marguerite

Colleen, how did you burn them to CD?

i have an event that I am going to in 3 weeks and so for the last 3 weeks I have

been

diligently working on eating less and exercising more (and i have lost 5

pounds!!!) but now

I'm losing my motivation. even though the event is getting closer, its like I

feel " comfortable "

with only 5 pounds even though my goal was 10. I really want to lose 5 more in

the next 3

weeks. its hard because these are the last few pounds that I just cant seem to

shed!!!

thoughts? tips? how do you stay motivated?

Two pounds a week is the generally recommended amount of weight loss. The other

issue would be if you are at the correct weight or over-weight. Whatever...you

are still loveable and deserving whatever you weigh.

I wish you happiness and self-love.
