Thanks so much !!! I never feed my animals Ol Roy (Wal Mart brand) now. It makes them stink so I guess that something in it is bad, but I have used Pedigree. Wish I had the energy (or inclination) to do my own pet food. Hi Rick--I follow your progress and am sooo happy for you. And Mike, hope your hosp stay is short and all gets resolved. I am so lucky that I don't take any meds, just my supplements. A dear Dr told me way back in 1966 to not drink and be very very careful of meds because I had SOMETHING wrong with my liver. Probably is the reason I'm this healthy 42 yrs later. Diagnosed with Hep C in 1999.(1b, mild fatty liver, early stage 2 fibrosis). That Dr suggested that I should not treat, so I haven't. I got SOOO sick when I had Hep A in 1958 that I listened about my

liver. And, yes, with Hep C in red letters on the top of my chart, I still have to ask "What will that do to my liver?" And the answer is "I forgot about that"

I follow everyone, but think I am just about average for being 74, so don't say much. The pain in my side has completely stopped after being on Berkson protocol for several months now. I sleep really well now and, wow, does that help. When I get next check up, I will post pre-supp enzymes and level after supps. Wish there were a technique to cut a little window open that zipped back up and they could peek in regularly to see the condition of our livers. My memory is a bit" iffy", but I dismiss that by saying that after all these years I have so much stuff tucked away that it is hard to find where in my brain I filed it.
