Guest guest Posted October 19, 2008 Report Share Posted October 19, 2008 My new towards motivation is SAVING MONEY (and I loooooooooove to save money) LOL.....when I get this, " only eating when I'm hungry and stopping when I'm just kind of full " down.....I'm going to be saving tons of money on our food budget. Because my body does not need much food I'm finding out. Already I have cut back tons on the amount of food I'm buying. I needed a new towards motivation to move these last 5 pounds and now I have found it. Before I just kept yo yoing between 130 and 135 because my towards motivation was not strong enough to fight my desire for the food.
