Montserrat, I did AL1 yesterday and AL2 today. I'd say the new AL1 is as difficult, if not more so than the original AL1. I left a sort of mini-review yesterday if you want to search through the messages and find it. I'm going to do a more in-depth review once I do it one more time (on Wednesday)! I did the new AL2 today and it's not quite as tough as the old one, but it's a GREAT workout. I was sweating and tired and I was feeling it. I'm in that workout and if y'all want to see someone walking it out ALOT.....check me out...LOL! I think I was about to pass out towards the end. I think I had done a basic workout before this one and I must have just been really exhausted because it wasn't nearly as tiring today as I looked on the tape! There were whole sets of things towards the end that I just skipped because I was walking it out. Luckily, I was in the back so it wasn't TOO terribly noticable There's a tiny bit of floorwork on this one....those dreaded push-ups and some butt/hamstring stuff where you do the pelvic tilts then lift one leg up at a time. And a little bit of ab stuff. Also, some bicep curls standing up and some shoulder presses before you go down on the floor. I'll give an in-depth review after I've done it again. I like to do a workout at least twice before I review it because my opinion has been known to change...LOL!

It was even a Basic taping that wasn't all that hard when I did it at home, but I almost died in the studio. Of course I just got off work and hadn't eaten all day. who recommends *never* exercising without having eaten (of course don't eat a heavy meal right before the workout either LOL)
