Dear families,

With Washington State's Full Mental Health Parity, as well as the Federal

Mental Health Parity going into effect on 1.1.10, we need your help to

determine whether coverage " >CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT is feasible for

Washingtonians with autism who've been denied timely access to Applied

Behavior Analysis as prescribed by a treating licensed physician.

If you are a public employee and meet the following criteria:

* Your son/daughter is covered under Public Employees Benefits managed

by the Health Care Authority of Washington;

* Your son/daughter has been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders;

* and has been prescribed Applied Behavior Analysis(ABA) by a treating

licensed physician

* ABA has been denied by one of the health plans or HMO's under the

Public Employees Benefits in writing.

A law firm in Seattle that specializes in insurance cases is studying the

feasiblity of a class action lawsuit. In order to determine the feasibility

of this suit we need to know how pervasive " >WE NEED YOUR HELP TO GET THE
