Hi :

Interestingly enough, our team members have been having this discussion as

well.

Sometimes I refer to it as non-contingently positively reinforcing things we

want to see more of (DRA, DRO, DRI), and, differentially reinforcing the

response so that better performance gets more reinforcement (which changes

over time as performance improves and eventually fades to no tangible being

given -once mastery is reached), while using extinction, as needed, for

behaviour we want to see less of (and/or no longer want to reinforce).
