In applied settings, however, obstacles such as time constraints, non-behavioral team members, untrained staff and pressure to decrease the behavior with the least disruption to day-to-day routines, sometimes cause behavior analysts to cut corners with their ABA procedures. This leads to the development of less effective treatment plans. The current workshop will present the audience with a concise, 20 step task analysis for developing an effective behavior reduction program. Steps include basic procedures such as choosing a target behavior and data system to more advanced procedures such as analyzing establishing operations and conducting reinforcer assessments. Information will be demonstrated through case-study data. Time will be left for audience questions and discussion. This workshop offers 3 BACB CEUs. Date: December 4, 2009 Time: 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Location: PS 811Q Marathon School, 61-25 Marathon Pkwy., Little Neck, NY Fee: $95 ____________________________________ 2.
