I tell myself constantly how much I want to lose this last 10 pounds but yet my actions are not consistent with what I keep telling myself. How do I figure out why I am unable to let go of this weight? I've worked and worked at finding out why? I have listened to your pod casts over and over I completely agree with every word in all of them. But it seems like I am intentionally sabotaging my self but I really do not know why.
