Board Nominations The Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is currently

soliciting nominations for two Board of Director positions. The nomination

deadline is December 5, 2007.

" Notice of Director Nominations Period

The BACB is soliciting the nomination of certificants (by certificants) to fill

two BACB Board of Director positions. One position is a newly established chair

that must be filled by a person whose highest degree is master's level.

Nominations for this position will only be accepted if the nominee meets the

requirements for this position. The other position does not have any specific

qualifications attached to it. However, to maintain a representative board,

the BACB particularly encourages the nominations of individuals who live on or

near the west coast of the US for either position. Nominations of individuals

not having the above characteristics will be considered as well. We encourage

self-nominations from certificants.

Before nominating an individual you must confirm that he or she is willing to:

1) serve the minimum 3-year term (from Spring 2008-Spring 2011), and

2) attend the annual meeting of the Board of Directors at his or her own

expense (this meeting is usually held either before or after the Association for

Behavior Analysis International's annual convention).
