hi sarah - i don't like the taste of stevia and so far, everyone i've

experimented on has said

the same. even people who are used to artificial sweeteners are giving bad

feedback.

Not sure where to buy in bulk, but stevia is very easy to grow in containers in

a sunny window. You can dry the leaves and buzz them up in a coffee grinder-a

few leaves make quite a good bit of powder. It won't be snowy white like the

commercial stuff-more of a pale gray, but at least you are sure there are no

additives.

I live on Sun Crystals. I paid $6.49 for a box of 100. Down to the last box.

They no longer make this as some of you now know. What a shame. I really liked

them.

If you have a Whole Foods in your area, check with them. Even if they have

it for sale by the ounce you can order by the pound and save I think it is

10%

Bulk Herb Store has organic stevia. Here is the link

http://www.bulkherbstore.com/Stevia-Herb-Cut_Organic?s=stevia

Its very sweet, only need a pinch in tea or coffee. Also, don't let

it steep too long, otherwise it gets bitter tasting.

Hi, I'm new here, just learning about sprouting, and its benefits. Like

sparkling brand new. Thank you for the utube videos. I can get a visual of

what is being done. Not too sure how you would sprout in a glass canning jar

tho. Can wrap my head around that procedure. But, the more I stay here, the

more I learn. Thank you for sharing.

Hey Kat,

Welcome!!! Go to www.sproutpeople.com and there should be some videos

showing sprouting with jars. I used to do it this way but recently changed

to the Easy Sprouts.

I have seen it on Amazon. Type in 'green stevia powder'. It is not cheap. I am

going to buy a plant and see if I can grow my own.
