You can dry the leaves and buzz them up in a coffee grinder-a few leaves make quite a good bit of powder. What a shame. I really liked them. Here is the link http://www.bulkherbstore.com/Stevia-Herb-Cut_Organic?s=stevia Its very sweet, only need a pinch in tea or coffee. Also, don't let it steep too long, otherwise it gets bitter tasting. Hi, I'm new here, just learning about sprouting, and its benefits. Like sparkling brand new. Thank you for the utube videos. I can get a visual of what is being done. Not too sure how you would sprout in a glass canning jar tho. Can wrap my head around that procedure. But, the more I stay here, the more I learn. Thank you for sharing.
