For me that means a strict schedule that doesn't allow much for the days I simply don't feel like working out. I will allow myself one day off a week but it will have to be the same day each week. What I'm doing right now simply isn't working. Basically I work out when I feel like it. At this rate I'm only averaging two or three times a week. While that is all some of us need that simply doesn't cut it for me. I have gone long enough without seeing any more results, even the not so apparent results are no longer there. I don't feel energetic and strong anymore....and it sucks. So, here I go... and I expect to have a few brags in a month or so. Thanks for letting me clear my head.
