Hi Brad,

Well, my husband took my before pictures and proceeded

to cut off the top of my head! But taking those

pictures was hard enough as it was so there was no way

I was going to do it again or have someone else do it.

My after pictures were done first with a digital

camera (for the computer as well as practice for my

DH!) and then with our regular camera in our family

room. My improvements didn't warrant getting

professional pics done.

As far as seeing people hold the newspaper, my guess

is that it's " proof " of when they actually started the

Challenge. Many people see the transformations and

immediately say, " There's no way that could be done in

just 12 weeks! "

Best of luck in your next challenge!

I WANT TO LOOK LIKE THAT!!!!!! Thankyou SO much , I really enjoy

seeing these awesome pictures. She looks sooo happy ~ what a great

achievement and those stats were great! I could relate because I'm

5'2 " so fairly close to her. =) Sherah

Before and afters are still what keep me inspired...I love seeing people change their bodies so dramatically because I know their lives have changed, too.

That girl I posted last week - Pam - won the novice category and got 2nd in the open category in her first bodybuilding competition last night. She's the one who was huge 18 months ago!

My guess is that they are to easily altered. And these alterations are much

tougher to detect. Before you start over call the hotline (soory don't know

the number) and ask.

Digital pictures can be altered much easier. That's why they are

frowned upon.

FYI for professional pics: If you have professional pics done, make

sure you retain the copyrights and not the photographer. If you win,

EAS will want to use your pictures. Can't use them if they are

copyrighted by the photographer.

Debbie,

If you go to the Home page and check your name under members,

you will see that you opted for no e-mail at sign up.

You must be reading posts on the Internet.

That's why you are not seeing the pictures..Mystery solved..
