The registration deadline for Dr. Sonja de Boer¡¦s upcoming 3-day Inclusion

training series is next Friday, October 1, 2010. The series will be held at the

Malta Town Hall this October 4, 5 & 6th from 8:30 a.m. ¡V 3:30 p.m. If you are

interested in attending please send in your completed registration form as soon

as possible since the program is filling up quickly.

Dr. de Boer is the author of the book Successful Inclusion for Students with

Autism: Creating a Complete, Effective, ASD Inclusion Program and works with

schools and families across the United States.

During her stay in the Albany region she is willing to consult with any family,

Project LINK is pleased to announce its Fall training for parents and educators

of the Greater Capital Region.

Our Presenter:

Sonja de Boer is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (B.C.B.A.) and obtained her

Ph.D. from the University of Kansas (KU) in Special Education and Psychology and

Research in Education with an emphasis in autism spectrum disorders (ASD). She

also holds both general education and special education teaching credentials.

She has over 15 years of experience working in special education, specifically

with students with ASD.

Dr. de Boer currently operates her own corporation, de Boer Consulting &

Training, LLC, providing consultation and training regarding interventions for

students with ASD in general and special education classrooms, as well as in the

home. She focuses on early intervention for students with ASD creating applied

behavior analysis (ABA) programs for children (in homes and schools) and

designing inclusive education programs for students with ASD within school

districts.

Dr. de Boer is the author of the book titled; Successful Inclusion for Students

with Autism: Creating a Complete, Effective, ASD Inclusion Program.
