How to address/stop scripting from Tv shows, dvds and games?

Help. What can I do to limit/stop my son from scripting tv shows, dvds, games?

Also, how do you limit humming and self-talk during a time when he's supposed to

be quiet? (i.e. at school, in church, anyplace or time when he's supposed to be

quiet).
