Guest guest
Dear listmates, I have a question on how to teach negation. My daughter can do factual yes and no but can't do 'NOT' like 'not apple', " not green " etc. I've tried " touch the one that is 'not apple' " , but all she hears is the label, apple and she gives me the apple. We do hand over hand, but she just doesn't seem to get it....Any ideas??
Guest guest
You might want to supplant " no " and your success with no (in whatever context that works?) with the word " not " and see where that takes you? (As important as the word " not " is in that respect, of getting that going, to function, of relative function?) Things should extrapolate and/or associate from as much, what distinctions would be required and evolve in that respect, (of grammar, etc..) would be my sense of what you might want to try in that regard, of your dealing with an existing understanding towards a simpler distinction issue (from as much) down the road, in that respect of what we have to work with by as much. Just off the top of my head, of such value, by as much? (Where the *context* more specifically shapes the meaning of things by as much, of analysis, of such analysis? of Understanding, is my sense of It of this.. . Mike I ABA ABA for Understanding From as much, is my sense of It of this, where you wanted to know for your self?!. Consider me good for as much.. . > > Dear listmates, > I have a question on how to teach negation.
