Home at last!. Very late night and busy busy day

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for a great night last night.

The food was fantastic and I am already planning when I will take

, Mum & Dad, so they to can experience the gorgeous dishes we

ate. The duck was good but was outshined by the pork and the eggplant

was devine. Cherie- as soon as you can find and post the receipe I

will be off to the green grocer to stock up on eggplant (a vergetable

I very rarely use). The baklava was also lovely but the best thing was

definatley the company. It was great to catch up with everyone and I

had so much fun. The only bad thing was that I did not get home to

12.35am!

Today I was out from 9am till 6.30 scrapbooking and I am now

exhausted. Very early night for me tonight, I feel like I could sleep

for a week. Hope everyone one is having a good weekend and that you

are warm and dry.
