School Readiness Program - Milton Let`s get ready for school! program is for children, youth 4 - 10 yrs of age. This program is great for Children just starting the school year and who need to learn school readiness skills, or those who just need a boost for the school year! Research has shown Early Intervention is a " window of opportunity " where a child's full potential can be maximized. Our program fosters growth in communication, social, academic, readiness skills, language, sensory integration & fine & gross motor skills. We offer a multi disciplinary approach & have a team of professionals which include: certified teacher, clinical supervisor, instructor therapist & a Behaviour Consultant. We all work collaboratively to ensure each child's potential is maximized!! Our program starts August 16 - Sept 3 from 1pm - 5pm - Monday - Friday. Let's Get Ready For School Program includes: *Daily community outings! *Outdoor activities! *All programs & materials! *Assessment! *Group & individualized activities! *Safe, Fun, inclusive learning environment! *Certificate of completion!!! The cost for this program is $850 with a payment option - $425 July 30th & $425 August 13 (the deadline) Summer Camp - `s Camp!! Mon - Friday 9 am - 5pm July 5th - Sept 3 Various educational themes each week, two locations to choose from Milton & Mississauga!! Camp fee includes Camp T, Snack, Transportation to and from activities, outdoor fun, pizza Friday's and educational trip that goes with the theme of the week every Wednesday! Evening Group ABA Sessions Our evening sessions will incorporate the principals of Applied Behavioural Analysis; Along with other behavioural management, social and communication techniques taught by experienced/certified Instructor Therapists. Our program will be monitored by our Clinical Supervisor working alongside our Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Art & Music Therapist. SCYS ABA Sessions include: *Community outings *Outdoor activities *Assessments *Positive reinforcements *Errorless Teaching, most to least prompting to ensure that children/youth don't become prompt dependent *Data Collection *Natural Environment Teaching *Probe Data (if data shows a child is learning a skill at a slow pace than DTT will be used and program revision will take place to ensure the best possible outcome is achieved!) *Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Speech Therapy & Occupational Therapy! *Group/Individualized activities *Safe, fun, inclusive learning environment Social Skills Group - Social Butterfly Starting September 18th from 9 am - 1 pm in Milton.
