Each opportunity that came up fell thru for one reason or another. Many because I don't speak Spanish. Today I heard of a school that wanted to start a garden. Went over to talk to the Principal. Was told that I would have to go to the District Office to fill out a Volunteer Form. Did so. They would not take my certification and fingerprint information from either the County or State. They wanted me to pay $40 to be processed. I said, " No Thank You'.
