Summer Institute is a week-long training opportunity for educators and other professionals and paraprofessionals who teach children with autism spectrum disorders and/or other developmental disabilities. Focus is on evidence-based procedures derived from the scientific research literature of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Summer Institute is a combination of lecture, videos, hands-on activities, and direct observation of instruction at the Wayman Center (instructors & children). Summer Institute I (Introductory) Mon-Fri, June 14-18, 2010 or July 12-16, 2010 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (1 hour lunch break) Summer Institute II (Advanced) Mon-Fri, June 21-25, 2010 or Mon-Fri, July 19-23, 2010 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (1 hour lunch break) Registration Fees: $1,250.00 Location: The Wayman Center , 4225 W.
