Also, as I have mentioned before, sprouting the beans cuts down on the gas that builds up in your system. If you are a gaseous person, as am I, your friends and family will appreciate this. Remember, medical science tells us that the average person passes gas 14 times a day. Unfortunately, I am above average. ew sprouted beans question I know not to eat sprouted pinto beans, but if i sprout them & make bean soup will those beans have more nutrients than the unsprouted ones?
