Looking for therapists/BCBA supervision opportunity-Knoxville, TN

Looking for a therapist/therapists to work with a 13-year-old boy with

Asperger's Syndrome in Knoxville, TN. He will be home-schooled next year for

1/2 or all of the year (based on his progress). He is capable of grade-level

material, but is non compliant (mostly verbal refusal and pencil throwing) and

difficult to motivate.

Main goals are

1. Teach him to follow instructions to do academic work without arguing

2. Teach him to write legibly, quickly, and in space provided.

3. Find ways to motivate him to do his BEST work and not the minimum required

(or less than the minimum)

4. Teach him to express himself through writing and to write in complete

sentences.

5. Teach him study skills

6. Teach note taking skills.

Pay is based on experience. Student is tall, so we are looking for someone who

has some strength should a more severe behavior arise.

BCBA supervision will be provided, if you are looking to become certified.
