Guest guest
Dear Parent, Injuries are the leading cause of death and disability in children. Children with autism have higher rates of injury, emergency room visits, and hospital admissions than do typical children. There is much that is not known about the causal factors of injury in children with autism. The perceptions and insight of parents and caregivers is needed to bring forth safety concerns and issues so we may help keep children with autism safe. Below is a link to an Autism Safety Survey. This survey is designed to collect information regarding parent opinions and concerns as well as home environments and injury prevalence. We would appreciate if you could take a few minutes of your time to complete this survey and contribute to making the lives of children with autism safe. www.surveymonkey.com/autismsafety Thank you, Dr. Jack Florida Atlantic University / Center for Autism and Related Disabilities & Toby Honsberger Florida Atlantic University / Renaissance Learning Center _________________________________________________________________ The New Busy is not the too busy.
