For those of you in our Spectrum Gold Club the audio of the webinar

has been posted so you can listen to it whenever you get around to

it. There was a small glitch in the audio for the first 10 minutes

but Chantal and were so great throughout it all.

You should also have the transcripts in about a week so you can

outline key points to help you take action.
