Guest guest
Hiya Libby Don't be nervous about the fill - it's a breeze really, honestly, sincerly. It will be over in seconds and I don't even feel the little pin prick anymore. I am the biggest sook when it comes to needles and if fills were an unpleasant experience I would never have been able to cope with 15 fills/unfills in 4 months. I eat and drink right up to fill time without any probs. The only time I avoid this is if it is a morning appt and I'm getting on the scales. Libby please don't get too focused on being restricted tonight. It may not happen for a few fills and I'd hate for you to be disappointed. We all have different reactions to our restriction after fills, but I think it would be fair to say that it would be more common than not to take a few fills before you really know what restriction is. You may feel restricted for a day or too and it will then ease off, you may feel very little, or it may not kick in for a week - we all have different experiences. Take care Cherie > > > > Hiya Libby > > > > I haven't heard that you can't have anything to eat or drink, I think that > > is a standard form that they give out.
