BACA hiring part time ABA therapist in Fishers, Indiana

The Behavior Analysis Center for Autism located in Fishers, Indiana is looking

to hire a part time ABA therapist to work 20-25 hours per week. Client attends

the center Monday through Thursday until 3:30 and Friday's until 12:00.

Therapist would work 1:1 in his home in the afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Duties of Therapist:

* Provide direct therapy in individual

* Complete weekly program writing and maintain client's program book

* Implement individualized treatment plan as written and directed by behavior

analyst

* Graph data as instructed

* Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients

* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational

workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;

benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies

Skills/Qualifications:

Creative, Flexible, Self-Motivated, Time Management Skills, Observation skills,

Analytical Skills, Energetic, Team Player. Must either have a bachelors degree

from an accredited university or college in Psychology or related field or

currently pursuing a degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or

related field. All applicants must pass a background check.
