So on one you eat the roots as well as the sprout and on the other you eat only

the sprout tops and not the roots.

Subject: sprout vs. micro-green

Radish sprouts are seeds soaked in water, drained, then rinsed and drained 2

times a day until your taste says they are done.

Radish micro-greens are seeds soaked in water, placed on top of " soil " in a

container and kept damp. When they are 2 or 3 inches tall with leaves they are

harvested by cutting them off at soil level. Lucy

thought they were the same thing but one might be a bit taller.
