Guest guest
So on one you eat the roots as well as the sprout and on the other you eat only the sprout tops and not the roots. Carolyn Wilkerson  To: sproutpeople Sent: Tuesday, March 20, 2012 11:23 AM Subject: sprout vs. micro-green  Radish sprouts are seeds soaked in water, drained, then rinsed and drained 2 times a day until your taste says they are done. Radish micro-greens are seeds soaked in water, placed on top of " soil " in a container and kept damp. When they are 2 or 3 inches tall with leaves they are harvested by cutting them off at soil level.
