I'm translating a general document, which itemizes some of the social ailments and their consequences affecting Central American Countries . I have translated the term *deficiencia cerebral orgánica mínima* as "minimal organic cerebral deficiency", and I just wanted to be sure that it is correct or that there isn't a more technical translation for it, since I can't find it in my Mosby Dict. or on the Web.
